Loco Limo Rider Agreement & Liability Waiver

By submitting the form and riding in the Loco Limo, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You voluntarily choose to use the Loco Limo transportation service at your own risk.

• LOVETHRILL LLC, Loco Fenway, and all affiliated partners, employees, drivers, and representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, theft, accident, delay, or incident that may occur before, during, or after transportation.

• You agree to follow all instructions provided by the driver or staff at all times.

• You agree not to engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior while using the service. Any rider who is intoxicated, disorderly, or unsafe may be refused service or removed without refund or compensation.

• You agree to comply with all local laws, including age and alcohol regulations. Valid ID may be required for entry to the venue. Alcohol consumption is at your own risk and must comply with all applicable laws and venue policies.

• You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.

• You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle and may be charged for cleaning, repair, or replacement costs resulting from your actions.

• You understand that transportation times, routes, and availability may change due to traffic, safety concerns, or operational needs.

• By participating, you release and hold harmless LOVETHRILL LLC, Loco Fenway, and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in this transportation service.

• You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation, including transportation to and from the venue and entry into the venue.
